Passive Income from AI books
A Side Hustle Club reader named Mary said…
“No...please, just stop with the AI garbage. Those of us who are legitimate, experienced writers and authors don't need this type of garbage competition. Really, if your writing is so bad that you can't create a readable book on your own, then find something else to do.”
I respect Mary's opinion, however, I disagree with it in multiple ways.
James here.
AI can take someone’s insights, “writer” or not, and make them readable.
Experience as a writer has nothing to do with it anymore.
Which may be scary for some.
But it’s exciting for others.
Something else to noodle…
Who makes the most money from a book?
The author or the publisher?
The publisher hands down.
In most book deals…
The author gets about 10% from book sales.
The publisher keeps the other 90%.
Does the publisher need writing skills to put out a hit book?
Nope.
A publisher just needs to find a topic people want to hear about…
…Get a book written about that topic…
…Be it by a person or AI...
And get it on Amazon for people to buy.
Personally?
… If the choice has to be one or the other?...
I’d rather see you be the publisher - keeping the 90%.
Which is exactly what you can do with the AI Book writer I’m releasing Friday.
Publish books…
…Start earning royalties…
…Without spending dozens or hundreds of hours writing.
If you have experience in the topic you’re having AI write about?
Great!
Add your personal stories and insights.
Your unique POV can only make a book better.
However…
If you don’t have experience with a topic?
That’s fine too.
Most publishers aren’t experts.
AI can use expertise and experiences from all over the internet to write the book for you.
So if you know (or can find) a topic people wanna hear about?
Don’t let ‘not being a writer’ …
…Or not being an expert…
Scare you off.
Be the publisher.
And make publisher royalties.
In your corner,
James Foster
PS - You don’t have to wait until Friday to start on your book.
Right now, you can use Amazon reviews to see what people like and want to know more about any topic.
Plug those insights into the DFY AI Outliner tool here - and have an outline (full of what readers want) ready to be turned into a book tomorrow when the AI Book writer is released.
PPS - Even before AI many book ‘authors’ weren’t experts…
..They are/were compilers…
Cookbooks for example.
Think all cookbook authors make up every recipe in their book?
…Might wanna think again.
