I sell a lot of used printers. Brother is a great brand that tends to hold its value on the aftermarket. If you can source them cheap enough (less than $20) and can verify the printer works, you can sell it for good profit.
The one problem with selling printers is the high-shipping cost. You have two options: Include the cost of shipping in the listing price or make the buyer pay for shipping. Either way is fine, just make sure you package the printer well!
