I’m not sure how well-known this is, but LEGO sets are a great eBay BOLO. In new condition, sets tend to increase in value over the years, especially after they retire. Some collectors even invest in them and sell them after they go up in value.

Used sets and LEGO pieces are valuable as well, it’s not just the new stuff. Look comps up on eBay to see if any of your LEGO stuff is worth selling.
